REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

All registrations and purchases for Have a Day Training programs are final. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. No refunds or credits will be issued once a program has begun.

 

In the event that Have a Day Training cancels a session or program, a make-up session or credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Have a Day Training. Weather-related or facility-related cancellations do not guarantee refunds. Have a Day Training reserves the right to modify or cancel programs, schedules, or instructors as necessary.

 

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Have a Day Training – Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Have a Day Training, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality softball instruction. The following policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

 

 

Private & Small-Group Lessons

 

2-Hour Notice Required

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before their scheduled session to avoid being charged.

    •    Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

    •    Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session time will not be refunded and will be considered a used session.

    •    No-shows will be charged in full.

 

 

Packages & Multi-Session Plans

    •    Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first session is completed.

    •    Remaining sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice.

    •    Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

 

 

Camps, Clinics, & Group Events

    •    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event receive a full refund.

    •    Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event receive a 50% refund.

    •    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

    •    No refunds for missed days or partial attendance.

 

 

Weather & Coach Cancellations

 

If Have a Day Training must cancel due to weather, facility issues, or coach availability:

    •    Clients will be offered a reschedule or full credit toward a future session.

    •    Refunds will be issued only if rescheduling is not possible.

 

 

Injuries or Emergencies

 

We understand emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical issues or serious emergencies, refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of Have a Day Training.

 

 

Payment & Processing

    •    Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

    •    Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.

 

 

Policy Agreement

 

By booking a session or purchasing a package with Have a Day Training, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
